Who is eligible for a ARCOPE Scholarship?

Adult students 18 years of age and older who are attending an accredited postsecondary school of college for a career oriented program. You must also demonstrate a financial need.

How can I apply for a ARCOPE Scholarship?

How can I/we apply for a ARCOPE Research Grant?

For Research funding, please complete a Contact Form and you will be contact by a representative of the ARCOPE Research Committee to discuss the scope of your proposal and if funding is available.

How are ARCOPE funding amounts decided?

The Collaborative Board of Trustees prepares an annual budget that forecasts the donations to be received and has set a goal of spending approximately 80-to-90% of dollars received on scholarships, research and education grants.

How can I make a donation to ARCOPE?

At this time, you may make a contribution to the Collaborative by check sent directly to the office. We do not yet have a mechanism to take credit cards or direct deposits. The address may be found at the bottom of this web page.

May I designate my contribution can be used?

You may indicate with your donations that you would like the funds to be applied to Research, Scholarships or other ARCOPE Program areas. Unfortunately, you may not specify that the funds go to a specific individual.

How will my contribution be used?

Your contributions will be used for programs that help the Collaborative meet its stated purpose. That means they will go predominantly for Research, Scholarships and Education programs aimed at improving higher education outcomes.

Does the Collaborative make other grants?

The Collaborative provides grants for Research and educational activities that further its stated purpose in helping with improving higher education and career and job related program areas. We do not provide grants for any other purpose.

How does ARCOPE monitor funds that you provide to grant and scholarship recipients?

As part of any Grant or Scholarship distribution is a requirement to report progress to the Collaborative. If the Collaborative does not receive appropriate and required reports on how the funds are applied, we reserve the right to request return of the funds. If funds are not used as approved, the Collaborative may also request return of funds for use by other recipients.
